I guess I do not feel bad after reading these reviews. I too have been scammed by GUZU. I sent phones to them a couple of years ago and received payment a week later. I decided to used them again. It has now been 2 months since I received an email stating that my payment was approved. I have been going back and forth with the support team claiming that my check was in the Mail. Now they do not even bother to respond.

In August 2015 I sold my Iphone 5s to Guzu.com for $175 and was told that the payment was "on its way." I didn't receive my check until January 2016 and it bounced, causing my bank to charge me a $5 fee.



I emailed the company through their website (there is no phone number on the website, and I could not find a phone number online that was still in service). So far I have only heard back once from a customer service agent, who just asked for further information about the check. I informed her that I would like payment via Paypal or money order, since I don't want another bounced check. I haven't heard back from her, and have tried emailing customer service several more times. I also found the information for the CEO, Hesam Meshkat, and send him messages via LinkedIn and email today and have not heard back.

Sent them two devices. Got an email saying they received them. Got an email saying they approved them. And then nothing. One email was responded to saying they apologized for delayed payment but nothing since despite repeated attempts to contact. It's been a month and I haven't received a cent.

I may have been scammed! the first time I sold my phone I got paid fast, now they won't answer emails, their phones are disconnected and I'm out two iPhones! Just filed legal complaint with the state Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB where they have had 150 complaints.

Do NOT use these guys!!! They are thieves. Sent in my device for recycle and get paid - their check bounced and I got hit with a $12 fee because of it.

First time these people were great, got paid full price and fast. Second time they stole my phone, NO money, no contact, don't return emails. Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are thieves do not send in your phones!!
