I was very pleased with Action Gold Buyers. I was slightly embarrassed that I had to resort to selling my gold. When i went in I was greeted by the couple that owns the store. They were so friendly and sweet. The husband (john i think) explained how he was going to test the pieces i brought and did everything in front of me while explaining. (ps i first went to a pawn shop where i did not get even a hello) I walked out with almost $500. The pawn shop in Orange city offered me $250!!! For the same items i got double from Action Gold Buyers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I usually don't write reviews. I felt compelled to write this one. I went into Action Gold and Jewelry recently. I had to wait for 2 people in front of me. The couple that owns this store worked beautifully together to ensure great customer service. They really impressed me with the older customer in front of me. He had a walker and they both made sure to come around and help him to his car. You just don't usually get treated this well by most businesses. They offered me a beverage while I waited, which wasn't long. I was selling my old coin collection. They even took the time to go through every coin with their current coin book to make sure I didn't have anything "special" that was worth more money. Who does that? Last time I sold some coins at a diff store, they threw it on a scale and gave me scrap prices. I got coin value on my coins and they went the extra mile to ensure a happy customer. Well they got one!! WONDERFUL

First time is a charm. I had a friend tell me to go to Action Gold and skip the rest of the gold stores. I didnt listen and I went shopping around. Several other places made me very uncomfortable. I finally made it to Action Gold Buyers and my friend was so right. I was greeted pleasantly. I walked out with almost $50 more than 3 other places!! Dont waste your time with the other places.. Start at Action Gold Buyers. Thanks A++++++
