I have had to fly back to the Detroit area alot in recent years- and have rented from many companies. I have been really happy with Alamo. To my surprise their website prices are often lower than those on kayak or car rental.com and if you join Alamo insiders (easy-no fee ) you can just pick up the type of car you've rented and head out. I have found the people who work there friendly and helpful.

All was good with the rental. I reserved and paid online. That part was just just fine. The people at the rental site were helpful and polite. The only negative was the interior needed a good cleaning. I have rented may times from Alamo at Detroit Metro and will continue to do so.
