I had they coming over through American Home Shield (Home Warranty) to check my Furnace that was not working. The Technician was very polite and detected the issue in a few minutes. He came back on the next day and replaced my Thermostat by a brand new Wi-Fi one. They really know and understand their business both technically and on how to satisfy the Customer. The Technician gave me several tips on how to improve the air circulation on my home. Very happy with the service. I will surely consider them next time I have a repair or when it comes the time to replace my furnace and air conditioning.

This company truly was impressive! The crew came to analyze what we needed as we were replacing one 13 yr old unit and possibly a second. He spent so much time with us discussing a new system and what was involved. He also suggested waiting on the 2nd unit since it was running very well. His honesty and sincerity won the job for us. The installers were extremely polite, professional and very efficient. A week later we called with a question about the new unit. A service man came right away and conducted a quality check. Another aspect we liked about Detroit Heating and Cooling Company: they send the customer a short bio on each worker that is coming to the house. This is above and beyond customer service in our book.

This was an unusually professional - dare I say expert - HVAC team. I scheduled with them back in April 2022. Shawn showed up to take a look at my old ass system when it started leaking and falling apart and rusting. He said he could have a team in next day to replace the whole thing, which was great because the old system was already 15 years old when we moved in, and it was time to go.

They were done by lunch, and everything was working just fine. The crew was very respectful of my property and the fact that I was working from home. On a side note, I wish I hadn't installed an Amazon ecobee. Those things are trash. One of the techs told me it wouldn't be worth it, and damn I should've listened!

We had issues with our 6 month old AC installed by a different company. Even though it's under warranty, the other company was less than cooperative so we called them. They arranged for someone to come out the next morning. They were very professional, knowledgeable and fixed our problem right away. We will only use Detroit Heating and Cooling Company in the future.

These guys know what they are doing. I called them out because of a humming sound in the handler which they fixed and also spotted another problem with a blown fuse which the initial installer of the unit jumped with of all thing chewing gum wrapper foil. It was dangerous to have it that way so I am thank full they noticed it and fixed it for and amazing price. Will use these guys from no on, they are honest and know what they are doing! Detroit Heating and Cooling Company is a great company to work with. I called the office on Monday for a quote to replace our old leaking air conditioning unit. The phone was answered quickly. I was directed to a service representative who connected me to technicians working nearby. They came by and gave me an estimate and our new system is up and running Thursday afternoon. The crew arrived promptly. They worked very efficiently and quickly. They were very helpful in explaining our new system. It was a very positive experience. Definitely would recommend them.

I called this company to repair a leaking condensation line. The crew did a great job! He was carefully looked over the situation, discovered the problem and then fixed it! Another company wanted to install a new pump, rather than fix the pipe that drains out the condensation. And before that we had serious issues with someone who was sent out by our home warranty insurance company. I'm thankful for this company for resolving our problem!..
