Did a long arduous search for a concrete company to help fix our business building that had numerous of cracks along the concrete walls. We made many appointments and right off the bat many of them proved to be unreliable by not having courtesy to show up or ones that came many end up not providing us with an estimate when promised. With the current state of the economy, you would think companies would be eager to get your business. Anyhow, Elite was great right from the beginning. They were punctual and emailed me the estimate fairly quickly. We are very careful with whom we hire due to past experiences w/a number of dishonest companies. We had endless questions and to set our mind at ease, the owner gladly provided us with a list of references. All in all Elite was easy to deal with and accommodating with all the inquiries and changes we wanted on the contract before signing on the dotted line. Basically the work they did went fairly smoothly. I would recommend them.
