horrible communication skills. terrible scheduling. expect to wait 45 minutes before even making it into the office. You can never just call who you need to speak too. I don't appreciate the receptions having my medication list.

5 years ago I would have given this place at least 4 stars, but my, how times have changed. And not for the better. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I can never call here, ever, without getting disconnected at least once. Good luck getting a live body in the first place as well. Charges are overflated in the extreme and you can never get something resolved in one appt. Even a simple removal of an ingrown toe nail needs 3 or even 4 visits, and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Also have update my phone number to my same new cell FOUR times this year, and they assure me it is now correct, the old one is removed. But nope, still get letters from specialists who say they were given the old number. Which then leads to another phone calls to their nightmarish phone system. Then they have to call you back. Stay away, stay away!!

I went to the West Acres Clinic to get my knee checked out since i was experiencing pain any time I moved it. While the Doctor ( Dr. Ackerman) was excellent everything else was sub Par. I paid my co- pay then got a bill for additional money for just visiting that was not denoted what it was for and it was not submitted to my insurance. Then I got the bill for services rendered and called to make sure that was all there was going to be since it was extremely high for a few X-rays and a few minutes with the doctor. I was told that was all there was going to be. This was back in Early April. I paid that bill thinking I was done but no I wasn't I just got another unexpected bill for a high amount of money for what would have taken less than 2 minutes of the X Ray techs time. I will not be going back to Essentia or any clinic affiliated with any hospital again in Fargo. They charge way to much and charge it all as "Hospital Outpatient care". DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR CLINICS!
