This place used to have good customer service, but the last year they've sucked. The big guy who works there never smiles and will give you less money than any other place in town. The bald guy isn't as bad, but neither one of them makes you want to come back a second time. Last time I was there the big guy was having coffee with some friend and ignored me the whole time I wanted to ask a question about a PS3. I went to Pawn America and paid a little more, but at least got people who would speak to me. If you're looking for good deals and friendly service look elsewhere.
