      The Service dept does not care about their coustomers. I have taken my truck back so many times and it still is not fixed. They keep fixing the problems that it cause by the problem not fixed. Their excuss is I have my opion and they have theirs. If I don't like the way they do the work take it to another ford place. Now what does that say for customer satisfaction?
