I've found out the hard way that you usually end up paying extra in the service industry for: reliability, punctuality, pleasant demeanor, good craftsmanship. Luckily, there are businesses and people like Johnny which are still willing to provide all of this at a not only reasonable but beat the entire competitors price.

None were as welcoming as that of this garage door company. Upon calling they greeted me with warm smiles. Not only do they have a wide selection of garage doors, they also have great price. Uzie and company have really gone the extra mile to make sure that customer service is top priority. I highly recommend this garage door company as they are THE leader in garage door service!

Uzi is awesome. I had an issue with my garage door a few months ago, gave him a call in the evening and came by first thing next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem (Broken springs). Replaced the springs and works fantastic now. You can tell he is very professional and knows his profession very well. Also, what I like about him most is one Sunday aftenoon I was moving some boxes around and had accidentally knocked off one of the sensors at the bottom of the garage door. I called him and was not expecting him to pick up the phone on a Sunday afternoon, but he did and walked me through in setting up the sensors over the phone. I appreciate that very much. I was honestly expecting to pay $5k or so for this project, i needed the whole thing replaced, from the door to the rails, the motor, everything. Even with the install it was UNDER $2,000.

Finding me a way to save a buck and doing a little more than necessary always wins my approval.

I needed two new garage door opening remotes and was quoted $45 for each remote and $40 to program them. Tech came out, reprogrammed the remote I already had (saving me 45$) but also programmed my car that had a garage door opening feature. To top it off he lubed up some of the mechanical parts on my garage doors to try to reduce some noise.

Efficient and quick replacement with quality springs at a reasonable price. I'll recommend this garage door company in the future. Life is good! Thanks

Shawn was fantastic; he has bailed me out twice! The first time was on a holiday weekend when nobody else was even answering there phone. Not only did he come service a garage door at a rental property quickly so they could get there car out and go to work, he gave me a great deal! The second time I needed an opener replaced and he drove me to Home Depot, carried it to the car, took it back to the house and installed it, again at a fantastic price. What a nice guy, he really went out of his way to help me out both times!

This garage door company employees are professional and courteous. The garage door tech who came to my garage door went above & beyond his job by lubricating squeaky garage door hinges. Additionally, Shawn recognized that the company I used before failed to repair my springs properly. this garage door company clearly hires the best garage door techs who take pride in their work.

An appt was made for between 1 & 3. By 1PM Sean was calling to let me know he was on the way. Very nice, professional & quick. Would definetely use again.

The worker from Garage Door Repair El Monte arrived quickly, assessed the problem and fixed it. From arrival to solution took almost no time at all. He not only installed a new operator, but quickly trouble-shooted and checked if it works for us. I'll be saving this business card!
