I used their services last year and was told I was unable to claim my child as a dependant since he had already been claimed by someone else- I asked representative to double check because no one could claim my son, I was once again informed he had been claimed by someone else. I went ahead and filed single taking the representative’s advice.



I later contacted the IRS and went to find out NO ONE had in fact claimed my child, I ended up fixing the problem the incompetent representative at ‘professional accounting’ by filing form 1040X. Definitely not recommend the poor services this location has to offer when it comes to filing taxes.
