THE Functional Storage Shed! ANNOUNCEMENT – 310 SHEDS LLC: After many requests to produce a functional COMPACT OUTDOOR STORAGE SHED, mostly for use where space is an issue, its official, Butch Capo is in production! NATURAL WOOD DURABILITY: I’m very focused on the long-life durability of a Storage Shed that will serve your needs for many, many years to come. With that in mind, it will please you to know that my entire Shed is built from Redwood and Cedar. It is well known that, properly cared for, Redwood and Cedar products are generally termite resistant materials. Combined with the application of a Stain or paint color, will further the general long-life durability. SPACE SAVING: In terms of the space-saving aspect, the door slides, to open-and-close…not a swinging door. As you can imagine, if your space requirements cannot accommodate a swinging door, my Shed will perfectly serve your purposes. The space required to set my Standard Shed is 6Ft Wide, 2½Ft Deep and 6Ft Tall. Think of the things you can store… garden tools, sports equipment, auto parts, house-wares, etc. CUSTOM SHED NEEDS: In the event my ‘standard’ storage Shed does not serve your space requirements, you may have the need for a more customized size requirement, larger or smaller. To be sure, whatever your size requirements are, I’m equipped and qualified to produce it. PRODUCT COMPARISON: In comparison to plastic and/or vinyl products (i.e. Rubbermaid), actual wood products add a ‘natural’ appearance, as opposed to an artificial appearance. Likewise, it is well known that plastic and vinyl experience significant degradation with short and long-term exposure to Southern California sun and occasional rain. It cannot be denied, Rubbermaid products are generally cheaper in terms of cost however, a similar sized Rubbermaid Shed will require assembly, which may require you to hire a Handyman for assembly. All-in-all, compare ‘natural’ over artificial without the need for assembly, and you’ll be happier!
