When we moved to Elgin, I looked for a new cleaners that I could trust and drop my stuff and be happy.

I started with Signature Cleaners, and at first I thought “oh maybe it’s too much to ask”. I wanted to have my large table cloth ironed with some starch for a crisp look. Instead, I got the tablecloth back with the same greasy spots, apparently ironed, but obviously not ready to be put on the table.

I decided to wash it and iron it myself, and I got results I wanted, but I still prefer to pay and have this done by a professional service. It’s quite a job to iron a large table cloth at home!!!

A few weeks later I came back and dropped off a pair of pants, some blouses and a summer dress. I needed those items to be cleaned, since they all had some little spots from normal wear on hot summer days.

Guess what, I picked them up, came home and opened the plastic bags. Every item was returned dirty with the same spots. I sent my husband to deal with the owner. The owner said that they can take those items back and clean again, but when my husband requested our money back instead, the owner said no. So I still have those items in my home, not clean and no money back. No explanation why they just return items and don’t process dry cleaning, they just iron and put plastics bag over it and done…………. Basically making me feel like a stupid customer that shouldn’t ask questions, just pay and go home.

Terrible service!
