I went in to exchange a lot of clothes, about 3-4 bags, and the owner completely ignoredme. She was too busy putting on lipstick and lotion, and dealing with her personal life with her friends and was clearly too busy to help her customers and try to make potential business. When she came over near me, (where I was standing at the counter, clearly not shopping, and clearly waiting for her help) she looked at my hand holding the bags, but would not make eye contact, and then walked away. She was very snooty for owning a SECOND-HAND STORE, and I was completely dissatisfied. She made me SO angry and feel so unimportant that I walked out without one acknowledgement and decided I did would not want to do business with this person anyways. Why would I when I stood there for FIVE minutes, heavy bags in hand, waiting to be acknowledged? I highly advise other resale shops such as Deluxe on Willamette, the owner is sweet and fair and has amazing merchandise.
