week our Pug Maggie suffered an injury that required surgery to fix her eye.  As I'm sure you can relate the surgery being unexpected left us little room to plan for financially.  During the visit my husband was given an "estimate" for what the procedure would run.  During that time, which I would hope you would understand is a very traumatic time anyways there was a lack of payment option explained. Due to this it was decided that Maggie would be surrendered.  I called that morning, after a sleepless night to check on my Maggie and learned that she had been adopted.  Possibly by a staff member??? It would be helpful in the future that methods of payment including apply for the care credit be explain to limit the trauma to pet owners and their families.  "Pets" are family members and Maggie is mourned just like losing a family member.

I ask, if She was adopted by a staff member did they pay the almost $1000 to treat her.  Or were they given other options. I hope that Maggie is being treated well and she is recieving the spoiling she deserves. However, I can not help but feel that the clinic failed our family in explaining valuable options in keeping our beloved pet in her home.

We have had occasion to come here several times in the last 12 years (we have 2 English bulldogs and 4 cats) and these people are wonderful!!! Don't hesitate to take your animal here - all 3 vets are incredibly gifted and compassionate.

I would not recommend this Emergency Veterinary at all we had an English bulldog and he had got stung by a wasp in the throat We Believe and they charge is 110 for a so-called exam which they did not examine his throat after $500 they wanted another 300 to do an x-ray cash up front and my dog died a couple hours later after walking himself into their Clinic please don't bring your fur babies here please all they're concerned about is a lot of cash not your animal
