We had a member of our family that needed to be seen by the doctors here. It was very touching from the time we walked in to the time we left how polite everyone was, how patient they were in helping us understand the situatios and just how warm and sensitive the nurses and doctors were. In a tough time it's nice to not feel like a number or be rushed in and rushed out. Great work UA!
