Horrible, got a mani and pedi for my Batchelorette party. After a long drawn out 2 1/2 hours the nail polish was still wet, had to put my foot in a planter box with stones for my pedi. By the time I got home, the nail polish was all messed up and had to go to another place to get a new mani and pedi for my wedding.

This is amazing place to go to, staff are warm and welcoming. Fun and energetic staff makes this environment comfortable. Staff will give you honest feedback. on weather your ideas will fit your face or skin tone. they listen to you when you ask for a "trim".
I have naturally curly hair that has a mind of its own and I haven't had many people listen to 'what I want' in many years before my finding this salon and I can't see myself going anywhere else or trust anyone else with my hair.

I recently visited Enrapture for an aromatherapy massage, facial, and eyelash tint. The spa/salon is located on the 2nd floor of a printing/copying business building. The salon looked great, but I was disappointed in the spa section. The "relaxation room" was brightly lit with two uncomfortable chairs to choose from. I could hear people speaking through the walls during my massage and facial. All the spas that I've been to have a decent size building and a steam room, this one didn't. The staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Enrapture for a hair service, but not if you're looking for relaxation.

This Salon and Spa is the best! From the service to the professional atmosphere is awesome. I started going there a little over a year ago and have had several of there services done. I started by having hair extensions done and ananda does a great job. Alyssa cuts and colors my hair and she is fantastic she always leaves me feeling my very best. The message therapist is awesome. I would recommend this Salon to everyone. The special attention really makes you feel good. The free hand message and makeup application is a great finishing touch.

After 5 disappointing haircuts/colors in the past 14 months, it was such a pleasure to finally find Enrapture! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I took pictures of several styles that I found online and asked the stylist (Katie) for her opinion. She asked me to "trust her" in creating a style that suited me. I was leary, but decided that it could not be any worse than the other cuts I have had recently. I was amazed at how much I LOVED my hair color and cut. Katie was spot-on with both! As an extra bonus, it was great to have makeup applied for free to compliment my new look. I have recommended both the salon and Katie to everyone who has mentioned how great my hair looks (and there have been several people who have commented!).

Can i just say finding a GREAT stylist is the toughest thing ever and on top of that finding a GREAT salon on top of that is just an awesome bonus! i have had my hair done 3 times at enrapture by Michelle and it has been the best experiance ever she gives me great advice on what i should do with my hair AND how to accomplish the look when i get home! the whole salon works together as a great team every time i have gone there i have had the most relaxing hand massage and sent out with my make up done and hair looking fabulous! My only complaint i have is i need to be good about booking out my appointments! Its a hard salon to get into if you havent scheduled your appt in advance!!!

I'm responding to the previous review. Michelle is my stylist and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She has been doing my hair for about 2 years and is so creative and attentive. I'm confused about the hospitality comment, because the salon and Michelle have the BEST customer service (hospitality). Also, I happen to know that it's against salon policy for stylists use the salon phone and they can't have their cell phones on while they're at work. I'm not sure if this lady's review is her idea of a bad joke, but in any case she is horribly mistaken. I've also referred several friends to Michelle and they are very happy, loyal clients as well.

Okay so..... beautiful salon!! Horrible sytlist.......?? Well you be the JUDGE!!! Went in about 4weeks back and got a foil retouch. A sylist named Michelle did my hair she gave me the worst hospitality, took her sweet time, and MELTED my hair off in the foil packets!!! Taking her SWeet time on the phone she OVER PROCESSED my hair!! She acted like it wasnt a big deal and i should just cut it anyways! IS SHE SERIOUS!? All i know is she should be fired and get a new occupation because this obviously was not this girls calling!!!!

I came in with four of my friends and we got the "Ultimate Enrapture". Thank you to everyone at the salon and day spa for making that Saturday one of the best days of my life! Everything was awesome. I was so relaxed and had the time of my life. I just everyone to know that Enrapture provides phenomenal customer service!

Excellent service, extremely talented stylists that go above and beyond offering makeup tips, hair color advice with knowledge of the latest trends and products. Offers spectacular skincare, makeup and hair color lines. Definitely a spa experience. Best place for hair extensions in the entire Seattle area.

A friend recommended Enrapture to me. I was a little hestiant, because I have been going to my previous hairdresser for years, but needed a change. When I finally went - and experienced Enrapture - it was incredible I will never leave! The service is so professional. Everyone there really cares about how your experience is start to finish. Every time I get a complimentary hand massage and make-up application - and it just makes me feel so wonderful. I look forward to my next appointment for weeks ahead of time. My husband got me a gift card for my birthday. I was really nervous to go to a new place, but as soon as I walked in the door I felt completely at home. They gave me a complete makeover and I was pampered from head to toe. I walked out with beautiful color, fresh makeup and a little gal even gave me a hand massage. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The best salon anywhere.
