The store is so elegant and beautiful, you feel as if you have entered a high end boutique in new york or france. A real diamond in the rough. They have the largest selection and the most beautiful wedding gowns I have seen anywhere. Customer service is of the utmost importance to every employee there. I worked with the most wonderful consultant named Shari! She was not only very patient and kind but really knew what she was doing. She was honest and sincere which I find to be very important in a consultant. She assisted me in finding my dream gown and I could not be happier. I would definetly recommend Alexandras Boutique and Shari for your consultant to anyone looking for a wedding gown or any special occasion dress. This should be your one and only stop. I can't say enough good things about Alexandra's! I went to 10 stores before coming to Alexandra's where I finally found my dream gown. I had been starting to panic that I wouldn't find the gown for me and I ended up coming here alone so that I could search for a dress with a clear head- minimal opinions from family :). I came none other than the day of the huge flood in town and despite Alexandra's being in the midst of this flood they showed me exeptional customer service. Kamyla was extremely patient and spent more than the average appt time with me so that I could try on dresses until I was sure I had "the one". Not only was everyone very accommodating and helpful but they have the largest selection of gowns I've seen. love Alexandra's and cannot wait for my dress to come in! Thank you again!

I was in search of the perfect dress and had gone to many bridal boutiques before I had stumbled upon Alexandra's Boutique. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by all of the girls. I came in without an appointment and they were still happy to help me, despite the fact that I doubted that the perfect dress was even out there. The bridal consultant stayed with me the entire time. Other places I had been to made me fend for myself and look through the dresses. I was so thrilled with the one on one attention I received. And in this little gem in Fall River, I found my perfect dress. When it came time for my alterations, I was extremely pleased with them. I ended up losing alot of weight and I was scared that I would lose the look of the dress. Fatima, the owner, personally did my fittings and she ensured me that it would look amazing. She was absolutely right! She was there with me every step of the way and my dress came out perfect!!

Worst Bridal shop ever ... ruined my dress.. awful service... wish I never went there... AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.... owner very rude... very bad alteration on my dress.. my mom had to fix my dress the night before the wedding since it was falling apart....

I didn't find the service to be rude when I went shopping for my dress and it was the busy prom season. They actually assisted me without an appt on a Saturday afternoon. I did purchase my dress from this place because I couldn't find it anywhere else but have not had to deal with the alteration process yet. I have heard that they suck for bridesmaids dresses therefore I am going somewhere else for that. We'll see how the rest of my experience goes.

worst experience of my life. The alterations ruined my dress, I have nothing to wear to my child's wedding. The owner acts like it is my fault that the dress has been taken in too much?? Rude, dismissive attitude on the staff's behalf. There are much better places to shop. Dont shop here

Very unprofessional staff. They were not attentive, and I did have an appointment and serious intent to buy a dress. They treated me like a child, seriously, it was very uncomfortable. They also don't allow photographs which is absolutely insane when buying a wedding dress. I found the perfect dress, but went home, looked it up, and bought it at another store. Do not waste your time with this place, their horrible attitudes are not tolerable!

I was very disappointed in this place; not only was the service non-responsive, but when I finally did get some attention, it was VERY RUDE. I was told I could not browse without an appointment, and that I could not be helped unless I was serious about buying a dress. Well, I did buy a dress, from ANOTHER BOUTIQUE that was courteous and took the time to ask what I was interested in. The rude sales staff lost one customer, and I hope with others they will learn that reputations can change, and history is not forever in a retail world of many options.
