The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a shop of any kind in my entire life, and that's saying quite a bit. I took my rim in to be fixed. They called me to tell me that the tire was no good and would need to be replaced. I told them just needed to move my car a few miles and that I'd take care of the rest later. They not only refused to do that (which I can understand), but then they refused to finish the job I hired them to do and told me they don't deal with "customers like me" and told me to come get my tire. When I arrived, the manager was immediately hostile and refused to finish the job he started. They also gave me this story about how their welder broke just before finishing the job. The guy I talked to also stated that now I was kind of screwed now because they're the only ones who offer this service. Fortunately I got my property back from them without charge, the weld had actually been completed, and the only thing it needed was to be ground down. As someone who works with metal for a living, this last step in the process is easy enough for me to handle. I think they saw a guy with specialty rims and tires and decided that they could stick me for a much more expensive job, and when I refused to play their game, they tried to turn it around on me and make me seem like the stupid one. They guy I talked to threatened to kick my a%$ on the way out. By the way, I had another shop check the tire and they told me that it was still in decent enough condition. Bottom line, these people are crooks. Don't go to Henry's.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Took my tire in to get a crack in my rim welded and they broke my tire sensor off. That weekend they said they would fix it for free and the next weekend they tried to make me pay for it. They may seem nice but they try and take your money so be aware!!!

Excellent service, courteous. Father works along side sons, family business. My brother and I run a repair shop. Our father has passed, they remind me of ourselves.

my husband went in to get a tiree,when he drove away the tire went flat immediatly,he went back and tried to tell him he made it go flat and gave him a hard time about it..finally he got a refund and we went to sheas tires and had great luck..

Don't let the name fool you. They do more than just tires. Had some work done to my Jeep's cooling system, front end inspection, a couple of tires put on and an alignment. Very honest, and customer service is incredable. Most places would of tried to get more money out of me, but after front end inspection, they said it was still in good shape and nothing needed to be replaced. Got to say the crew at Henry's are top notch, honest and reliable, not to mention affordable, they called and gave me a breakdown of what it would cost. Hats off to Jon, Aaron and the rest of the crew at Henry's.

Henry's Tire is one of those small shops that has been around forever. They are always busy but always fit you in! I have been going there for years and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend this shop.
