I'd give them zero stars if I could. This company a fraud and should be shut down for wrongful business. Stay as far away as possible unless you like paying thousands of dollars after they've already roped you into the contract with friendly salespeople who just spill out lie after lie to trick you into using their business.

Did anyone using this company from Feb-March 2017 get an urn with my father's ashes? Missing several boxes and that was one of them.

Well folks please please do not use this company. They were once Moving Giant, went out of business used all of the same information except for address and name and opened Majestic. Let's start from the top, after I sent a request for quotes Majestic's sales person Phillip blew up my phone for a week. Offered me an extremely low price of $2600 for a move from Maryland to Houston, TX and we were on the way. I sent Phillip two dates that they could pick my things up and very specific times as I would not be in town outside of those times. When did they show up? A day and a half late. Than they told me none of my items were packed correctly. I've moved 5 times in the past 7 years, I know what I'm doing on this. A friend of mine actually had to stay and make sure the non English speaking movers were able to move my things. Than because they said they had to repack my things they charged me an extra $2k. The man did not ask for payment from me and he had my friend sign all of the documents, which I did not authorize. Now on to the move initially Phillp told me the move time would be 2-8 business days to Houston, awesome! Than I call on Monday, woman says oh yeah we forgot to call you...you have to pay 80% of your bill right now or we will not move your stuff. Great! Phillip told me they accept credit card, nope only cash payments directly deposited into their account. Perfect! I pay immediately and they now say 2-12 business days from payment date. Well 33 days later, I now have my stuff. 22 business days after payment. Every single person I spoke to at their offices was awful. Not one person was friendly, helpful, or even close to telling me an approximate date of when my stuff would arrive. Every single person I spoke to had an attitude, hung up on me, and would not give me information. Edwin and the drivers however were helpful, honest, and quick. In and out in 1.5 hours. They actually forgot something, called me back and dropped it off right at my apartment door. Really good guys. Do not use this company, they do not know what they are doing. People write that this is a scam, it's not a scam it's incompetent people will no customer service skills and no oversight by owners or top level management.

Scam Moving Company... If you wanted your items intact, please do not go with this moving company. They will provide low quote to start with and to attract you.. please don't be deceived. I used this company to move my stuff and lost most of my items. I was provide with a quote of $ 1500, but was charged around $ 3300. No proper response when calling the Customer Care of this business. Please DO NOT go with this moving company...

Absolutely the worst. Their estimations are way off. You pay double the amount your are quoted. They charge for so many extras!!!! It took them 7 hours to move me out of a 1 bedroom apartment and really don't have that much stuff. Customer Service suppose to be 24/7, it always good to voicemail. Buyer beware!

Very reliable, very professional, his 2 workers were polite and very helpful. Price was very reasonable, came in less than quoted. Wish I could have given more for tipsbut had only a $20 left until payday sorry. When\if I move again they will be the first ones I call. Start to finish took 1 hr 45 min. Record time. A+ all the way

Fantastic! I needed help very short notice and with a tight budget. Mike responded immediately even though it was a Sunday night and scheduled for that Tuesday! Very polite and professional! Will definitely use Majestic and suggest to family/ friends!

I used them where I live presently,and intend to use them again.Good service no damages the were a great help to me and my wife.

To the customer or whom it may be who left their review on Sept 12 2012, I feel it is very dishonest and unfair to leave that kind of comment !! We have moved 1000's of satisfied customers to date !! If there was an issue with our company and that customer, we certainly did not hear about until now!! Had we known there was an issue( if there truly was one) then we would have certainly addressed it in a professional and courteous manner! I had hired Majestic Movers and i definitely would refer anyone. They were very kind and professional. They were very careful with my property and also moved me in a timely manor. I needed a storage rental for some of my property and they had me a storage the same day and brought my belongings to the storage. Majestic movers company is very reasonable and worth calling before any other company.

I am a local Realtor and the only moving company I feel comfortable referring my clients to is majestic Movers. They have moved me twice and been reasonably priced and extremely professional. They take great care of personal property and have the utmost respect for the belongings they are moving. They will always have my business and I will always put them at the top of my list when referring to my clients!
