Horrendous service and appalling attitude. i was a loyal customer for 25 years and they enjoyed plenty of payments from me. I called because there was a leak with my clothes washer. The so called repairman came and couldn't figure out the problem. But he managed to destroy the on/off button on the machine, which wasn't broken in any way. He didn't fix any problem but he charged me over 200 dollars. When I called back months later, after they failed to return, the manager would not help me in any way. Beware of these people if you are a consumer. You have many other choices to go with.
