Waiting almost an hour when we was told 20 minutes and other group where called before us. Then when food started coming out I was as eating my salad and got to the bottom of it and took a bite and spit out a piece of chewed up gum that was mixed in my salad... ���� Talk about disgusted!! I will never go here again. All they could do was offer my meal be free.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We tried to eat at sushi bar and waited 45 min while employees walked by w NO achnowledghment... 4 dirty areas and trying to get anyone's attention... eventually we had to just leave. This was our second experience there for and for being such a high end place we were extremely disappointed - and I have spent years working as a waitress and bartender. We are locals and will not be returning - and we will be warning our friends of the bad customer service. To top it off the hostess was chewing gum in the customer's faces... just unacceptable.

It wasnt exactly to my wifes liking because of the food in the seats and the soy sauce tasted "old" on her food. She really doesnt like to complain about anything but she picked through it and so she ate what she could but she became sick on the way home. She honestly thought it was her tastebuds but so embarrassed. We may give it another chance someday...just not anytime soon.

Good food and good price if you make the Early Bird - pricy if later in the evening. Portions are slightly smaller on Early Bird. Funny thing - we ordered (and paid for!) extra veggies, but we got much smaller portion of them than usual. Cook knew we ordered extra. Not sure if they have cut back on the portions or if the cook really forgot to add in an extra serving. We have not had an actual 'dinner show' since right after they opened - just the food getting cooked.

Get there early for the Early Bird Special! Slightly smaller portions but ~$15 compared to ~$25. Unfortunately, we have not had any sort of 'dinner show' at all since right after they opened, years ago. The food is usually very good; we're not connoisseurs of authentic Japanese, nor do we order sushi or sashimi. You are expected to gobble up your food. Your waitress will start grabbing up sauce dishes before you are even half finished, and bring to go boxes far too early: it's all rush-rush-rush. I had refused to give them my business for a number of years based on previous poor management and some really terrible dinners, but things are much better now.

I love this place. My husband and I have been here a few times for our anniversary and birthdays and have always gotten great service and great food! I looked around for the number to set a reservation and had a hard time getting through or it was the wrong number, but I found this listing and saw the number and tied it! I finally got through! and they were able to get me in tonight!!! I look forward to a great birthday dinner!

great food, great time, huge portion, will go again!

This is a great place to eat dinner, especially for special occasions. The ambiance is fantastic; there is a waterfall at the entrance, a lounge area, and a gorgeous starry ceiling. Definitely make reservations a few days ahead of time if you want to get the full hibachi experience. If you're just wanting sushi, you can usually walk right in and sit down. The only downside is that you can't get anything from the hibachi side when you're eating at the sushi bar. The food here is always tasty, and the service is good.

The show is always good. The food prepared exactly the way you want it. Exceptional service and a pleasure to eat there.
