Great salon, great hairdressers. Especially Kelly. She is a master in hair colors and cut. Best Salon you can go.

Would NOT recommend this salon. I got a haircut and color by Xan Hunter. I was extremely dissatisfied with the hair color and called the next day to request a redo. Xan said she was going on vacation and wouldn't be able to correct my hair for a week. I was booked with another stylist and I was charged an additional $90! Xan would not listen to my complaints when I tried to address the issues I had with the color and also refused to issue me a refund. In addition, the hair cut was HORRIBLE and the front pieces of my hair were longer than the rest and I had to even it up myself. It is extremely disappointing how low of a priority customer satisfaction is to them. Above is a picture of the brassy color Xan dyed my hair.

It is, actually, very true that Dustin was or is working there without a license. I know him personally and even went to school with him. He failed his licensing exams and has to go back to school for 300 more hours before he can become licensed. He is working there illegally and the women that own the salon know this.

In response to Concericus, I have been to this salon multiple times and have had amazing results. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. There ARE indeed licenses on the walls to the right of each stylist when looking at their mirrors. If there wasn't a license, I can't imagine how you would allow someone to continue with your service. I understand if you had a bad experience, but I also don't think it's fair to be untrue with your review. I'm sorry for your time there, but there are plenty of us who have had good experience there. I saw a guy named Dustin, I was concerned I have never had my hair done by a guy but I decided to give it a shot. I have been going to the same lady to cut my hair for five years but she moved so I decided to try a new place. I thought that the establishment was very cute, all kinds of things on the walls and lively colors. However, I noticed that there was not a license anywhere on the wall for anyone, this concerned me but I continued with the cut being optimistic. Well shampoo went fine, not like that can be screwed up, and then came the cut. I just wanted a trim, I have long hair with layers at the bottom, nothing too complicated. It seemed to be going fine but then I noticed that he didn't do some of the things that I am used to like matching up the sides of my hair!! He spent over ten minutes working on the layers on the right side of my head and very little time on the left. I remained optimistic thinking maybe that side didn't need as much trimming. WRONG! He finished with a style which was the best part of the session, the style was very cute although looking back I'm not sure if he was trying to make it cute or just disguise what had really happened to my hair. The next day after washing and drying my hair I could see the actual cut which was NOT good at all. The layers are all wrong and are uneven on each side of my head and I seem to have a point in the bottom of my hair were it normally would be rounded at the bottom. I paid $50 for a crappy cut I can't imagine ever going back there again and I would not suggest anyone go. Now I will have to fork out even more money some where else to have the damage fixed and possibly lose some of the length to make sure it looks decent. Please be cautious if you go here I hope that this will alert anyone before they go to this establishment.

Trendy and high quality cuts. I've been going for years along with several friends. They always give you exactly what you want. Never boring..never scary. Great staff! And you will love the complimentary candy coffee! TWO THUMBS UP!
