      Bad attitude

      Called the agency to see about the flights. Before I was able to give them any information I was told that I would need to provide a credit card info, BECAUSE they "didn't want to do any work for free". What if I didn't like the price or the suggested route? Worst attitude and an attempt for service I've ever met.
