We hired Peter and Sebastian and his crew to install a Pearl Epoxy floor. We were so impressed that the fact they came on time, were clean cut, and finished in a timely matter. Along with a beautiful seamless floor that is smooth on our feet. This was our first experience in Flordia with things going according to plan. Aventura, FL - The company owner, Peter, met me in person and provided a fair price to install an epoxy floor over my existing concrete that looks great. The light grey epoxy color floor goes great with my modern decor. The installers, led by Sebastian, were timely and professional and did a great job. The installation team went above and beyond and addressed any concerns and even returned to check on the results. Aaron did a great job painting the apartment after the epoxy floor dried. I decided to go with Satin Finish Concrete to Install Grey Metallic Epoxy in my garage. Words cannot describe how please I am with the final outcome! The customer service was great and I dealt with the Owner of the company, Peter Ajello, the whole way through. They came out  and gave my husband and I a free estimate and were very thorough about how the project will be completed. Overall, Satin Finish Concrete is a 10/10 in my opinion.

Satin finish and their team is by far the best company here in Florida as far as flooring and painting. They installed a epoxy chip floor in our 4 car garage and painted the interior of our new home. We are very pleased and recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic job.

My family and I had a very unique situation before we got new flooring installed. We had concrete in one room, which had cracks and discoloring, and terrazzo in other rooms. Peter and his team came into my home and described in detail what they could do for my family and I. They gave us a great discount because of all the work that needed to get done. We had standard epoxy installed in most rooms, metallic epoxy installed in my bedroom, and all our terrazzo that we already had was nicely restored. The standard epoxy cost me as little as $3.95 sq ft. My family and I were so pleased with the work they did that we decided to have them repaint the whole interior and exterior of our home. Peter Ajello and his team were excellent from start to finish. Not once did Peter not pick up the phone when I called and the installers were clean-cut and well-spoken nice guys who did excellent work.

I recently had my screened in patio enclosed with acrylic panels. Upon completion I realized that the tile from years of being rained on was starting to crack and pop up. Tired of cleaning grout I decided to take another route. I contact Satin Finish Concrete and the delightful owner Pete Ajello came over and explained the process for having the floor done with epoxy in detail. After a little negotiating in price his workers began and were also very informative and professional. Needless to say I absolutely love my new floor. I chose the white with sparkles and it looks like ice in the light especially at night. Also easy to clean. I live in Wilton Manors and us gays and lesbians can be so picky, but I must say Satin Finish Concrete gets the gay seal of approval. They are the best!!!

I was referred to this company by a friend to do the terrazzo restoration for my grandmother’s home in Lighthouse Point. My grandmother is older, and has a hard time understanding things. They did a great job explaining their processes with her, answering all of her questions, and had extreme patience and sincere kindness towards her. It is very hard these days to find people like this that are not just in and out of a job for the money. I was not only impressed with this company’s prestige nobleness, which was why I proceeded to use them, but I was just as impressed with the finished work of the terrazzo floors. I do not normally write reviews, but I truly feel that I needed to show my sincere appreciation for the work that they did.

Had some Micro-Topping done in my condo. I initially called about polished concrete, but when they came to asses my floors the concrete was to old and cracked to do this. I thought that i was going to have to spend a ton of money pouring new concrete, but Satin Finish gave me an option called Micro Topping / Overlayment in white, which was very inexpensive. It made the concrete look brand new and a white color with a great shine to them. I am actually amazed at what a great job they did with what they had to work with. I ended up referring them to now do my sisters pool deck and patio.

My garage looks amazing! I honestly thought it was going to cost me a fortune to have my garage restored. These guys did an amazing job on pricing for me right with-in my budget. After it was complete, it looked beautiful! In fact so beautiful, I am not so sure that I want to park my cars in the garage now, and may turn it into a game room! THANK YOU!!!! A++++

Satin Finish Concrete is overall the best company we have used in years,  obviously they are from the Northeast. I loved the fact that they have over 30 references that you can call or visit online and see their work, as they document each project with before and after pictures along with videos. Not many South Florida companies do that. They did polish concrete on our office floors, then restored 4,000 sq ft of terrazzo that we didn't even know we had under our carpet to make it look brand new!! This company is top notch! Also, a funny twist is that the owner is actually famous, and a celebrity aside from running the company which my family found out later.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$-I didn't do enough research and paid $5,000 to this company. They did not patch my floors and the numerous cracks show through & look horrible. They refuse to fix it or pay to have it fixed. HATE IT!
