My car looks great! They were fast and the service was great!
I want to say Thank you for getting my car done as fast as you did. I appreciate that Tim was up front and honest how much it would cost me to repair my car. All the staff was very nice to me at the time of my accident. I appreciate the secretary making the arrangements to get my rental car ready. When I pick up my car on Friday September 18, 2014, my car look like it was brand new. Thank you for cleaning my car and taking good care of my car. This was my first brand new car I ever had in my life. I will come back again for more future services if needed. I due recommended highly to come and bring your vehicle to Arrow Auto Body Shop!!! Thanks to everyone on the hard work to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Thanks you very much Debroah Moser!!!!!

Brought our van in for some body work. Tim and Donna were great to work with! Tim really does great work. They keep you informed throughout the whole process, no surprises. They even got us a rental car for a great price. We got our van back looking good as new and it was washed and vacuumed! I will go back to them if I ever need any future body work.
Was VERY happy with the work Arrow did on our smashed in bumper. Tim and Donna was very pleasing to deal with and they did exactly what they said they would do. In fact, Tim even touched up some prior marks on my bumper with paint that matched exactly and with no charge!! The cost of the repairs was fair and reasonable as I was paying for it and not an insurance company. The car was done on time as promised. I would definitely use Arrow again for any auto body repairs and recommend to others. Thank you, Jerry F. 11-19-13
I highly recommend Arrow Auto Body. Not only was the repair work superior, the customer service in handling rental car arrangements, cleaning both the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and even replacing a weak battery in my key made me see how superior they are with customer service as well.

The magicians at Arrow Auto Body just repaired and painted my MKZ in 4 days and made all the damage disappear. It now looks like a brand new car. They are truly amazing and did an excellent job. Donna was so helpful with the paperwork and arranging for a rental car too. This is the third time we've used Arrow over many years. Every time they provided excellent results.

I recently had the tail gate repainted on my Expedition and was very happy with the results. They also touched up a few other areas. It was ready when they said it would be. Great Job Arrow. Kevin S.

The owner has a high standard of quality. They have done 4 jobs for me and I have been happy with all of them. I recommend them.
Tim & Carl are professionals with an eye for detail. The body work and paint always appear as good as and in some cases better than new!. It is the only body shop we use and prefer it over the dealership body shops! If you want QUALITY body work - stop and see the folks at ARROW AUTO BODY!

The car was done on time, and it looked like new. The service was GREAT. If I need a body shop again I will I will go to Arrow Auto Body.
Great Customer Service!! Arrow took care of all the insurance paperwork and helped find the rental for us. Would go back.
After I backed into my sister's brand new car, I called Arrow on a friend's recommendation, They were able to get both vehicles in the next day, and even arranged rental cars for both of us. The staff was wonderful, they handled all the insurance paperwork and phone calls, kept us updated every step of the way and even had the rental car company pick us up at their shop. I asked if they could take a look at another trim issue my car had been having, and they were able to fix that as well, while it was there. Awesome experience, I will recommend Arrow to everyone!
