Outstanding customer service! ...

Outstanding customer service! That is the best way to describe Tom and Beverly Goff of Northern Insurnace Goff Insurance Agency. Not only did they help us improve the coverage provided by our homeowners and auto policies (without increasing our cost), they also helped us save our home! While conducting a review of our coverage needs, Beverly suggested that we increase the limits held for sewer and drain backup. Little did we know that she was exactly right. During a torrential downpour, the unthinkable happened… our sump pump failed and our basement flooded! The very next morning Tom and Beverly came to our home to assess the damage and to provide us with the names of some of their most trusted restoration contractors. All through the claims process guided us and continuously checked in to make sure everything kept moving (even during their annual vacation!). Without Tom & Beverly's help, I'm not sure how we would have made it through. Anyone seeking quality coverage offered by knowledgable, caring and customer services oriented people need look no further than Norhtern Insurance Goff Insurance Agency.

Usually when we are shopping for something, we want the best product at the best price with the best service. And typically one of these desires falls short. Not so with Tom and Bev Goff of Goff Insurance Agency. They will quote a competitive price for insurance based on their clients' specific needs and even explain what it means! And if follow-up is needed, they always respond quickly. What more could we ask?

I was referred by a friend to talk to Tom Goff's agency to check prices on an already existing automobile and my new home for homeowners insurance. I had been with my previous insurance agency for years, so I was very hesitant to switch agents. Needless to say, Tom quoted me an outstanding price for both my car and home, and I switched insurance policies that day. Tom made me feel like a friend, not a customer. To this day, I still pop into his office and ask countless questions about insurance coverage and after answering them, he asks how I am enjoying my new home. This agency truly has knowledge, patience, and great prices to offer, and I recommend them to anyone who has ever thought of "shopping around" but were "too scared of change".
