I have been in hospitals all over Texas, at least 12 times. This was the best care and attention I have ever received. Great Nurses, Doctors and Aids.

I just left the emergency room. The wait was only 5 minutes (or less) before I was taken back and treated with the best of care. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I received the best of care and didn't feel like they were trying to rush through my treatment.

Not thorough. Did not listen to me when I explained the details of my child's illness. No tests done, no prescriptions given. The dr looked in my child's throat and felt his neck, that was all. Child was released back to school and got worse (possibly walking pnuemonia) and I was told I needed to bring them in for an entirely new visit. My child wouldn't need to be seen again if they had done the job right the first time. Our visit lasted maybe 25 minutes, time with dr, less than 2 mins. They're here to make money, not to provide adequate medical care. The print out we were given read "There is no such thing as a fever that is too high!" From what I've read and have always been told this is wrong and dangerous information. Fevers over 104 in children can cause seizures, dehydration, confusion, hallucinations, convulsions and brain damage can occur around 106. Woman at front desk was very rude. I will not return here unless there is absolutely no other option.

This place is a joke. Unbelievably rude staff members (including the guy who runs it) I'm not one to usually waste time to write reviews, but I figured I would inform people not to go here! Apparently you should only go there if your dying.

This place is exactly what it says it is. Fast and Friendly. We were seen immediately and everyone that I talked to was extremely caring and professional. Good with a very sick child and a worried parent.
