They service here is knowledgable and friendly. I've visited here twice for some repairs and it was well worth it each time.
For Christmas I go a Hopi Indian silver watch band which needed the addition of a non-standard flex band. The first jeweler stated that he could not do it. I next went to Nader at Mission Hills Gallery. He took the job on stating that it meant modification of new flex band. He completed the job in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. The completed work looks great and fits great - Excellent Job!
I was looking to get my watch battery replace. I went to 3 department stores and neither one didn't want to touch my watch. One store even sold the watch that I have (Macy's). I look on the internet and found Mission Hills Gallery close to where I live. Went there and got my battery replace. While he was replacing my battery, I was looking at watches he had on display. I'm looking to get another watch and he had one that got my attention. So I will be getting my next watch there for my Xmas present to myself. I highly recommend Mission Hills Gallery for watch repair or replacement. The service and conversation is top notch.

Mission Hills is the best when it comes to repair and resizing of rings. My wedding band no longer fit and Nader re-sized it for me. The only difference in before and after is that I it fits and is SO shiny and new looking. It made me so happy to be able to wear it again. Nader also worked on a ring for my husband and you cannot tell he used gold from anther ring and coin to repair the band, it is seamless. It is worth the time to take your jewelry to Mission Hills. In addition, their selection of new jewelry is great and of the best quality and :)
I have been here three or four times. I brought in several relatively expensive watches for sizing adjustments and insurance appraisals.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the owner, Nader. He is very knowledgeable and honest. His services are very reasonably priced. He takes a great deal of pride in the business he has built.

Brought my Rolex in for a new battery after having it replaced here 18 months ago. Was told that my battery would be replaced free of charge, under warranty. Awesome. Did it fast and got my watch back in great, new looking condition. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

I was in need of getting a ring that I am giving to my fiance resized to the correct size. I was going to go to the Central Valley where I live and have it done. I work in Fremont so I decided to call around a few places. I went down the line for companies to have them resize it and started calling and getting quotes.
I didn't seem to like many of the people I spoke with because they didn't even seem too pleasant on the phone. Nader with Mission Hills Gallery was VERY polite and VERY informative. I drove over to his location and the face to face contact was very pleasant as well. I came to find out that I didn't need to resize the ring. Nader offered to clean the ring and make it look nice at no charge. I actually had him do a errodium plating and cleaning (if that is how you spell it). I had NO PROBLEM giving him my business and I will GLADLY do so again. He is VERY friendly and I have NEVER come across such great customer service in a jewelry store. He even offered to put the money I paid him for his services towards the resizing of the ring if it was indeed the wrong size. DEFINITELY CHOOSE THIS JEWELER!!!

I would like to recommend Mission Hills Gallery in Fremont Mr. Nader did a work of art engraving on my 18K gold bracelet. I brought it to him after I had talked to many other jewelers and they were all hesitating not knowing if they can engrave on my bracelet or not, I must say I did not trust anyone of them. That is when I decided to take it to Nader because I felt I can trust him to do the job right without damaging my piece of jewelery. And I was not mistaking, he did a wonderful job, I was very satisfied with the result.
