Hands down best eyebrow threading in Frisco! I walked in no wait time, awesome customer service! Sonia is the BEST!!!!!!

Very rude and horrible service. I went for facial today and had appointment with the owner . She got some other customers and put me with someone very rude who did not know what she was doing. This shows lack of commitment of the owner . Be sure they are very manipulative and will lie for their profit . I will never go back .

I love this place. Mary is so friendly and the rest of the staff is great too. Can't wait to see them tomorrow!

Salon is hot n stuffy....when I told the owner they asked me to drink cold water...not sure what happened to customer service ...about making customer comfortable

Was there last week for waxing...now there's blisters all over my face. .Its not a first time to wax my face. .have been doing it for so many years. .usually I go to heena..I was in India bazaar and thought will go to Shenaz and give a try..I'll never go there.

I absolutely love going to the shahnaz salon in frisco! I'm a busy working mom so my schedule is never very consistent so I appreciate the fact that I've found that I can schedule an appointment online at any time or walk in. Chantel is my stylist and I've always left satisfied!!
