Unfortunately, the cleaner never showed up today for my morning move-out cleaning. I called the dispatcher about an hour or so after the previously given arrival time to ask if we were still on and was told that we were. I called again another hour later (about two hours after planned arrival) and was told by the dispatcher that she will try to get a hold of the cleaner. She did reach her and said that since my method of entry included leaving a key for the cleaner she decided to run some errands.

So this is what I gathered at this point: the cleaner took my specific method of entry as a free pass to go get her personal nonsense done instead of arriving for the AM appointment anywhere closer to on time (it was schedule for that morning and needed to be done THAT MORNING). I was still being patient and continued waiting/checking in on the apartment.

We waited until exactly 11:49 am (scheduled arrival was to be at about 9:00 am) without her showing up and attempted twice more to call the dispatcher. Oddly enough at this point the dispatcher had stopped answering her phone. On the second call I left a message cancelling my appointment and then my wife and I proceeding to perform the move-out cleaning ourselves. Honestly it was probably better this way as it saved us $120.00 for a small one bedroom cleaning (it was a move-out so there was not even a piece of furniture present) and I would hate to see what this lady's cleaning performance would have been if her complete lack of professionalism serves as any indicator.

I have yet to receive any call back as if the dispatcher simply wanted to ignore the problem until it went away (hence not answering their phones). The lack of a call back or any attempted contact following this debacle is the main reason for my leaving this review.

My personal advice is to avoid this company's "services" at all costs and go with someone else. I hope that I save at least one person some inconvenience, money, and frustration. Besides, most apartment property managers do not perform nearly a rigorous enough inspection to merit spending this kind of money on cleaning it (individual necessities notwithstanding).
