I came in to have a polish change, which I got eyes rolled at me for. Then it was a terrible job. When I asked if the polish could be smoothed out (it looked like I did it myself with dried out polish), I got told my nail bed wasn't smooth. Horrible experience. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to have it done right.

I have a terrible time communicating with the staff here. They unite you inaccurate prices and information and then become rude and belligerent when you confront them about the discrepancies. There are other places here I can get mt nails done without the aggravation. Not coming back.

I am very happy with Villa Nails & Spa My customer technician is Vincent and does my pink and whites and fills. I get the gel polish on top and it lasts and lasts. Great prices and service.

Terrible place- don't waste you money here!

The customer service at Villa Nails is horrific. The owner does NOT care about satisfying his customers whatsoever. I caught a horrible fungus under my nails after one of my appointments. I question the cleanliness of the salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Villa Nails and will NOT return.



In addition, I found the staff to be extremely rude and the prices over inflated.
