I have been a client of world maid for over 6 years. Their service Is prompt, reliable and thorough. They are friendly and accomediating. If there is a problem the management promptly solves it for you. The best service I have had here in Frisco since I moved here. I highly recommend world maid.

I've used this company for a few months and have been very happy. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating, the cleaner thorough and super sweet and trustworthy. The price is also the best I found outside individuals. I'm surprised to see bad reviews since I've been quite pleased. Perhaps it all depends on the maid. Michaela has been taking care of my house and she is very thorough and cheerful.

We had our house cleaned yesterday by World Maid Clean. It looks absolutely wonderful!!! The price was lower than the other quote I received as well, another perk. They were about 30 mins late, but the owner did say they take their time at all houses and don't run on an "exact" schedule since they finish each job thoroughly. I'm so glad we chose them, our home looks like a hotel now. I keep telling my husband not to touch anything because it looks so perfect :). Loved the experience.

When making an appointment DeeDee was very informative and I felt comfortable trying their services. On the day they were scheduled to come they were almost 2 HOURS late. I had left a message about 15 min after the scheduled appointment. When DeeDee called she took responsibility and said the girls were running late. I explained this was not a good impression. She offered a $15 discount. I could get that anywhere else. Not a great first impression. I should have read these reviews first. Please take our advice - take your business somewhere else!

I used World Maid Clean twice. The first time they came out, they charged me for a deep clean but only sent one person and it was by no means clean. They were 2.5 hours late and didn't leave until after 7pm! The second time they spilled something blue on my carpet and did not inform me nor attempt to clean it up. When I notified them, they came out but didn't schedule a carpet cleaning like promised. I had to pay for it myself and it wont come out of the carpet! I'll never use them again!

i am very happy with world maid clean. they always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. the attention given to the small details surpasses any service i have used before. from cleaning the baseboards to the chain supporting the dining room light, my home is left clean and smelling great. i will recommend their service to anyone.

Well, to quote Jenny from Forrest Gump, "Run Forrest, run". My family has used a few home cleaning services through the years. We make our expectations very clear up front. We are candid, and make our expectations known. During our interview with World Maid Clean the owner stated her company could do everything we wanted, and more. This level of service was never achieved. Her crews did not show up on time, finish in the agreed to amount of time, or follow the company's highly touted checklist. We could not be more disappointed.

Proprietor talks a good game at the initial visit, and makes all kinds of promises. She will tell you what ever you want to hear to get a job. Then reality sets in. I only gave it one star because that is the lowest rating available. Scheduled dates not kept. Scheduled times not kept. Promised staff reassigned. Poor quality of work. Extremely slow response from proprietor to phone calls and emails. If you want to over pay and still have a dirty house this is the company for you.

World Maid Clean was On Time and they did a great job. Very professional. My husband and I will be referring this company to our friends.
