I am a very recent customer, recommended to Hayes by a friend. I am concerned, however, about the association with Prestige, an Oaks Mall store we purchased from many years ago. I would not have associated Hayes with Prestige and before I rate Hayes definitively, I will have to evaluate this situation. I have been looking for an honest, experienced jeweler in Gainesville for many years. In addition, Mr. Hayes was attempting to assist other customers when I was there much to my distraction from what I was requesting. I do hope my business is important.
