A year has passed and Andy returned to my home to perform the annual check up and flush of the hot water heater he had previously installed. He asked if there were any plumbing issues that I may have questions about and we performed a quick inspection of the emergency shut off valves under the sinks and found some were quite old and corroded. To avoid any future problems I had Andy replace them and as usual he lived up to his plumbing reputation. Trying to remove one particular valve proved to be quite brutal and really tried his patience, but Andy persevered and won! The knowledge he has in performing his work is impressive and you can confidence that he will do the best job possible.

My first experience with Cole Services was with Chad who came over to my house about installing a Honeywell DR90 Dehumidifier. He is the utmost in professionalism, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a bid shortly thereafter. I accepted, and promptly got on the schedule the following week at my request. Lorenzo and Jose showed up right on time and took great care to explain the plan, again answering all of my questions and performing an excellent install. They are also the utmost in professionalism and very knowledgeable which inspired my confidence. The Honeywell DR90 seems to be working very well. I highly recommend Chad, Lorenzo, Jose, and Cole Services.

After installation of my new A/C unit a couple of years ago I have had a difficult time with vibration and noise. It has taken quite a long time with many scheduled appointments (with a couple of no shows) to get to an acceptable resolution. I may have been left feeling upset and disheartened to yet another poor customer service experience, that seems to be the rule versus the exception in todays society. Fortunately for me Lorenzo showed up and fixed not only my problem with the A/C, he re-instilled my confidence that there are still hard workers and good companies out there. If I had the opportunity to work with Lorenzo throughout the entire process I would have most likely given a five star review. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find a quality employee that cares! I was very happy with the service I received from Cole Services. I had multiple technicians come to my home to help evaluate my AC unit and clearly present me with my options. The installer, Rosalio, was a true professional. He was courteous, and efficient while installing my new AC unit. Efrain and Ricardo did an impressive job installing the new air conditioner for our home. We were impressed at their profesional attitude, diligence and hard work under less than optimal conditions. They worked for about 9 hours or more non stop until they saw their work completed and operating properly.These two young men were very thorough professionals and worked as a high performance team. They were unfailingly polite and friendly. At the end of a long and tiring day working in a hot environment they patiently taught us about our new air conditioner, showed us how to control it. Luis R did good work. He explained to my satisfaction the details of the work to be performed. He listed types of maintenance I could receive for my unit in accordance with my financial limits.I'm not happy with the problems that have arisen, but, I feel like they can be resolved. My goal is to have my unit operating at peak performance without breaking my pocket. My one complaint : Cole Services screwed me when they installed the unit. They didn't put in all the appurtenances necessary for peak operation. Now, it's going to cost me more than I can pay. Again, Luis R. provided great service.

Michael Carver performed outstanding plumbing work at my home in Anaheim Hills. First, he located a difficult-to-find supply-line leak in an underground pipe beneath a concrete slab deck in my backyard. After finding the leak, Michael expertly repaired the pipe and then repaired the concrete slab deck that had to be cut to access the underground pipe. The job was completed in a timely manner, expertly done, and the jobsite cleaned to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Michael Carver, and would want to call on him in the future for any other plumbing repairs.

I was recently visited by Anthony from Cole Services to address a heating issue at my home. I was quite surprised by the service I received. I got a thorough explanation of the existing problem and after answering several questions I had, I received six alternatives to resolve the problem. Anthony made no hard sell to me on any of the options but I did receive confirmation from him that the choice I made would satisfy my situation and was one the better options to go for. Thanks Anthony, your service is exemplary and if I have another related problem in the future Cole Services is getting the call.

My repair was a pleasant experience start to finish. When I called the 800 number I was able to schedule a next day appointment which happened to be Sunday. The technician, Luis, arrived as scheduled and walked me though his assessment. He had the appropriate parts on his truck and had the system working in no time. Luis was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked (in layman's terms). We went over 4 different options which included Service Partner options which I thought was a great idea and signed up for 5 years. The customer service exceeded my expectations and I will definitely keep Cole Services in mind when needs pop up in the future. Pat Kiefer
