DON'T TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE we have been taking our Two Shih tzu to this person for three times now and we always take excellent care of our animals we have told this woman many times how we want our dogs groomed and every time we pick them up their coats are always cut way too short and she doesn't even care?.well last time we figured we would give her one more try and we had a 9 am appointment she said she was so busy they would not be done till 3. well three came and they called and said they would not be done till 4.30 well we came to pick them up and they're all messed up their coats are down to nothing bare skin almost and she talked to me like i was a two year old about how we have been combing them and how we do it?..like we know nothing about anything..she is a very rude snotty person and we had to pay way more than usual price today because she said she had extra work on them..and now it looks like we have to take them somewhere else to get the mess she made of their fur FIXE
