Last year, my sister and I brought 5 sets of my drapes in to be cleaned and they were totally ruined by this cleaner! They made no effort to press them, as every other cleaner I called does, so they were all wrinkled when I got them back. The blackout linings had stuck together in numerous places and when they were peeled apart, the backing tore completely off. One set shrank and no long covers to the bottom of the window. Various spots had stitching torn out and one panel had a couple of large cuts in it. We paid them over $200 to destroy my drapes!

One set of drapes shrank and is now too short for the window. The stitching in numerous places tore out and one panel has a couple of large cuts in it. The drapes were not even pressed after the cleaning.

When I tried to talk with the owner about this, she was very rude and insulting to me, even calling me a liar to my face! She was totally unconcerned about the destruction of my property.
