Janet has done great job finding us the best deal, and resort . She is caring and listens to your expectations from your trip . We had traveled to various destinations and resorts in Mexico , Caribbean and Bahamas and been happy about our choices we made. Last week we visited Puerto Vallarta, and stayed in Now Amber/ Secrets. We enjoyed the relax environment and the hospitality . It made our stay very enjoyable specially when we knew there is no need to rush planning and reserving for dinners in nice restaurants, since there was no reservation required. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. I loved the fact of not having to wear the special plastic bracelet most resorts make you wear when checking in. And what a nice idea to have fresh towels on pool chairs and available on every corner of pool area available to help yourself ( no towel card requIred) . Long story short we came back home relaxed and very happy to choose Universal Travel and Janet
