Took some ties in to get spot cleaned (Goodyear location). The first time I picked them up they were wrinkled and the fabric looked full of divots. They said they would re-do them. The second time I picked them up the wrinkles and creases were worse. I have never had this problem with other dry cleaners. Asked for a refund -- will never go there again.
