Disappointed I heard this chain lan center was good. Went for a birthday get together w/ graduation friends and had a unpleasant experienxe. Called in to try to get special accommodations and was rudely treated by whoever was customer rep working there! Then once arrived the latest patch for PUBG application crashed, took forever to DL then didnt get refund! Wthh
