I showed up at the nail salon around 6:10 expecting to get a French tip mani and pedi. I waited for about 15mins for them to start on pedi. Normally when you request both of the services they try and do them at the same time to get you out quicker. As the lady was FINISHING up with my pedicure (7:36) the lady at the front started asking other nail technicians (5 different people) if they could work on my full set. All 5 employees said no because it was going to “take too long”. She apologized that because they were short staffed and some employees couldn’t stay late they couldn’t get to my nails. As this was happening another lady had just sat in the chair to get her pedicures done and a few minutes later someone starts working on both her hands and feet. Yet they weren’t able to get to me and had the audacity to ask if I could go out of my way again to come back another day. Why should I waste more of my time to accommodate you because you didn’t manage your team properly? As I was checking out she was giving me all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn’t get to me but yet they were able to attend someone
else that walked in through the door 30 minutes after me? I will never come back to this nail salon and advise everyone else to save themselves the trip and go somewhere else!

I went in yesterday to get my nails done ome broke less than 5 hours so i call and go back today she messed up i asked her to redo so she does ... Amd still not righr i leave and call and got bung up om 8 times with very rude person womt let me talk to anyome in charge i will have this talem care of

Was excited to get my nails done today before my sons game. When I walked in I was not greeted ( the lady that's normally at the reception desk must have been off). Got there around 9:45 and my lady (LuAnn who's) already had a client and told me it would be 30 min. I decided to go ahead and let Cindy do my set. I showed her a pick of how I wanted my nails shaped. Two out of the 10 mails she glued on were crooked and I politely asked her to reapply those two and she did. She became irritated and started to talk to co-workers in their language. I stopped her and said i just want my naols to be right & i have no problem with tipping bit i juat want my nails right. She continued to shape them according to the pic. She never said that it would be extra. So when I go to pay the ticket stated I got shallac which is $25. I did not and I asked to see their prices. My set should have been $22. SHE decided on her own I'm guessing because I made her fix the 2 nails. By then he had already swipped my card. He apologize and but I will never go to her again & she DID NOT GET A TIP !!! Nice place just don't go to Cindy !

I recently went to get hair extensions at Lakeside. The stylist assured me she knew what she was doing and that it would help me grow my hair out. I spent $375.00 to get the extensions in and within 24 hours the extensions were falling out. They were horrible, you could see the extensions trough my hair. She assured me they would last for six months. I told the stylist it was very important that I look good because I had an important event to attend the next day. I had to take them out because they looked so bad. I went in to complain and ask for my money back. They refuse to give me my money back, but would give me $150.00 in store credit. "SERIOUSLY" NO THANK YOU!!!!! I will not be going back to Lakeside Salon and Nail Spa. EVER! I didn't want to give any stars, but it wouldn't let me submit my review without one.
