I will never purchase from this store again! I was accused of stealing a bottle of hair oil that I bought a few days ago! The bottle of oil was in my purse! This store did not take the scan device off the bottle of oil a few days ago so when my friend and I tried walking out the store the alarm system went off! The manager assumed that I stole the bottle of used hair oil out of his store! He even confiscated the oil from me demanding proof of a receipt! I did not have my receipt and I was livid! I have never been accused of anything like this in my life! In past years I have always used this store to purchase my beauty products! However, I was embarrassed by this store, and I will never ever shop at this store again! I told him I would let the media know...This is my first step! I now will have to buy this oil again! It does not make any sense!

Love this place! Always have exactly what I want. They have the policy of only trying on 3 wigs because you wouldn't want someone trying on 30 wigs all day and stretching them out. The girls there are always so nice, and treat me with respect due to my medical condition as well. ;-)

They lie about the amount of product they have in packages of all items and when u try to return or get what you paid for they accuse you of lying. Don't think talking to the owner will help she is a very unpleasant rude women. Never go there if you want any kind of decent customer service.
