Altra Jewelry has worked with me to resolve the issue.

I was browsing at the men's watches. they didn't have any issues pulling mid-level watches out for me to analyze but when I asked to look at a 'supposedly' one of their 'high-end' watches they refused without me pulling out a credit card and identification. You fools. If I wanted wanted to purchase or even look at a high-end watch I wouldn't even be at that mall much less your naco store. I can go to an Rolex store and merely look at any model Rolex freely. Oh, and by the way, I saw a watch from this store, noticed its price and went and purchased the same watch on ebay for $80 less!!

- Rafiq seemed reasonable at first. After talking with him at length I left the store to compare the same product at other locations. I found that Altra's prices were nearly 2x's higher than everywhere else. The item I was looking at was $550 at Altra. I found the same product several other places for $285-$300 (Bulova watch)



Rafiq assured me I would not find a better price, and even said if I did find a better price he would match it. When I went back to present my findings he said there was nothing he would do. Needless to say, I was not impressed with shady sales tactics and exorbitant prices.



I will never be making a purchase from Altra.
