After recent career changes, finances have been extra tight. I looked all over for used tires - one to replace the spare I had on following a flat, and one for the other wire-exposed front. A & J's was the only place to have the right size, and the price was very affordable.



When I got there, it turned out my spare had been put on improperly by AAA (nuts not tightened), and my studs were ruined by the loose tire. It was late in the day and what I expected to be a 15 minute job, was suddenly more complicated.



Alex and his lovely wife Jordan showed great safety concerns for my children and me, and made us feel very welcomed - despite the unexpected late-day extra work. He got the parts quickly and affordably, and got us safely back on the road in no time. I witnessed this same excellent service for other customers as I waited.
