They were very professional and the whole environment was calming and relaxing. I was in there past close while she perfected my nails and walked me through the whole thing, since I haven’t had acrylic nails in a very long time. Will definitely be returning as a long term customer.

I am in my 12th year of going to Kool Nails. There are many salons closer to me, and on occasion, I have tried them due to time constraints. I ALWAYS regret it, and I ALWAYS come back to Kool Nails! The time I save going to a closer salon isn't worth losing the quality I get at Kool Nails! Linda does my nails. I have never had anyone do them as well as she does! I'm always pleased. There are 2 different women who usually do my pedicure, depending on who is free if I didn't make an appointment. I have a job where I walk A LOT! The longer someone does my pedicure for me, the less I have to say. They know what my job is, they know the spots to focus on, and know exactly what to do. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and very friendly. I will continue to go there as long as I live in the Hampton Area.

I have been going to Kool Nails for years and have been very satisfied. Linda is my nail tech and although she is Asian her English is pretty good. I have noticed that in our conversions she often ask me questions pertaining to English words and expressions to make sure when she is talking to clients and others she is pronouncing them correctly and that she understands them and they understand her. She along with her employees are very professional and I would recommend this business to anyone .Kool Nails is a full service business which prides themselves in total client satisfaction.

The staff at Kool Nails is very unprofessional!!! I made an appointment as suggested and was asked to wait 15 minutes and ended up waitIing over an hour before leaving.
