The water authority is the most difficult business to deal with, in comparison to the other utilities. The customer service representatives are usually extremely rude. The billing online does not show the customer when their bill is due, so late charges are then added to the bill because we don't know when the bill was actually due. They also have less methods of payment available than the other utilities, and their method of check payments are not up to date. I think they are just terribly disorganized and rude. They are totally disrespectful to the customers.
