The first time i went i came in as a walk-in. The service was outstanding. In the community that LuLu's is located in, it's a very up scale neighborhood. I don't have much money but I was treated just the same as the other clients who come and receive services from Lulu's. I recommend anyone who is in the neighborhood to please go to them. P.S. tell them Hornette referred you and you get a discount.

Omg same thing happened to me I brought in my bichon was told $55 because she was super matted and when I picked her up the groomed Olga told Tamra the receptionist to charge $65 but all grooming after that I would only be charged $50 what a scam

Buyer beware I brought my bichon dog in for his first haircuthe was super matted so I was told by Tamra the price would be $50 and $5 extra the groomed Olga concurred. When I picked up my dog I was charged $65!!!!! But told every cut after would only be $50 the dogs cut was horible choppy and no style. I called again to ask what the cost would be for a bichon who is very matted and again was told the worst case scenario would be $55!!!!!! I was one of their first customers and things were going well for a year. Then the pet store informs me that they are significantly raising their prices for me to take in my 3 dogs. I thought we had established a relationship where loyalty mattered, but I guess not. I am pretty bitter and I hope people stay away from taking their pets here to be groomed.

Lulu's Spaw is awesome! We have a Great Dane and she loves Lulu's. Being such a big dog, it takes a lot work to groom her and everyone there is amazing with her. I so appreciate that instead of putting her in a cage, she has her own special spot while she is there just like home. They have done a wonderful job of creating a relaxing, pampering environment. I also love that they get to know the owners and dogs and are very responsive to any needs or issues your pup may have. Just like me, my dog loves her 'spaw' day!

The best ever in grooming, not only do they do a wonderful job in grooming they also are truly lovers of animals and it shows in how well the dogs and cats are cared for while being made beautiful. The first rate equipment and friendly atmosphere is a plus. I highly recommend Lulu's for all your pet grooming, your pets will love you for taking them to Lulu's.

This place is unlike any other groomer in Las Vegas. My yorkipoo actually starts wagging his tail when he sees we are getting close to Lulu's. As soon as we get out of the car he tries to bolt to get in there. Once he gets in there he starts running up to the staff for attention. When I pick him up he is usually sitting on a pillow, watching television, totally content. What used to be a traumatic day for him now has turned into a wonderful, calm, happy experience. I would recommend this "Spaw" to anyone!!

This doggie spaw is amazing. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is just adorable. You can tell they really care about your dog/cat. Our golden retriever looked beautiful when we picked her up. She was not locked up in a cage waiting for us either. She was behind the desk walking around having a great time. I would highly reccomend this groomer to everyone. Finally, a groomer who loves dogs/cats.

Wonderful staff! I am very picky about how I like my toy poodle groomed and they did exactly what I asked for! His hair cut was perfect! He also received a blueberry facial, deep conditioning, and his teeth brushed!..for only $40! Great price for my toy poodle ( I usually pay much more for his grooming). The best part was how calm he was when I picked him up. He loves it there and so do I. I just moved here from L.A., and am sooo happy I finally found a groomer that loves dogs! (had a horrible experience at purrs and wags). I would not trust my baby with any other groomer!
