WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T CHANCE THIS MAN!I am having a awful experience with this agent, it is so horrific i cant find the works to warn you. This agent caused me to loose hundreds of dollars due to his incompetence and ignorance. He is very unprofessional and rude my advice to you is to not buy insurance with this agent Lorenzo Williams, find another agent if at all possible if you want insurace with this company. I have been pleading and begging with this man to make corrections to a policy I cancelled 10/2009 and he has failded me as a customer. I have accrued charges and overages because he didnt cancell the insurance and now im expected to pay for services I did'nt have. I had to contact Lorenzo Williams district manager to resolve my issue. Lorenzo Williams has verbally abused me, cursed me in text messages and told me to disregard letters and phone calls I receive from the collection agency due to his negligence. He told me not to worry about this being placed on my credite because he isnt worried about it. He also said he was on vacation during the christmas and new year holiday and didnt have time to deal with me or the erroneous charges Farmers charged because of him dropping the ball. He said to me and that he had been dealing with me for over a year and didnt have time for me. There is so much more I could add but the most important thing that I could tell you is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENT! I dont want anyone to endure what I am going through. Luckily the District manager Rick Squyre is handling this ordeal. I plan to take my complaoint forward to the Dept of Ins, Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade commission. DON'T CHANCE THIS MAN!
