After moving to the area in 2010, I researched ever review I could find for local vets. Ponderosa and Dr. Drow were #1 in all reviews and I completely agree. This is the best clinic, vet, and staff. Dr. Drow is genuine, very caring and extremely reasonable with prices. The staff has always been courteous. I cannot say enough good things about these people.

DR Drow is very good, very professional. Really has experience. Staff is very friendly and warm. Office is a bit old. But that doesnt matter. Services are priced reasonably. I wish I took my dog to his office sooner. Im happy I found this clinic. I will always bring my dog to him.

Dr. Drow is great but his staff is totally immature, and incredibly rude. They practice DECEPTIVE business tactics and I'm fairly certain that Terra, the receptionist is mentally challenged. There is far too much competition to be treated with such disrespect. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID until Terra gets fired.
