This company also provides car locksmith services. I couldn't take my key out of the ignition. Guy came out, got the key out in 5 mins. Spent another 35-45 mins "pretending" to be finding a problem. He lied to me 3 times about what the problem was, then revealed that a rubber band wrapped around the stick shift was preventing the car from going all the way into park, resulting in the key being stuck inside the ignition switch. For this he charged me $210...this was AFTER I talked him down from the original price he was going to charge me. He opened my steering cover (which they charge $230 to do). But this was after he already took the key out. He pretended to find a "problem" that didn't exist so he'd have a reason to over charge me for a rubber band.
