My wedding was on Sep of last year. My experience was wonderfull all the people there treated me very nice and my dress was paid in full from the beggining cause I got a great deal on a Maggie Sottero dress. Yes I highly recommend the store, service was great. Thank U Emilys Bridal for making my dream come true. Will definetly go back.......

This is the worst place EVER!!!! When u walk in they rush to get ur service but thats just to collect your money cuz once they have it they could care less about you!!! I only went to by a baptism dress and they couldnt even deliver that as promised. And to my dissapointment they straight out told me me that they didnt have it and there was nothing i can do about it with a smile on her face. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to even give me the managers name. I asked for my money back and she said NO!!! This was suppose to be a beautiful moment shopping for my little girls dress and it turned out to be hell!!!! It was so bad that the lady wanted to kick me out of the store without giving me my dress and just kept trying to blame me some how some way why they didnt have the dress in time.So be ware these people are still in buisness because they still have costomers and its a SHAME how they treat their own race!!!! I saw that because i saw them treating someone from a different race even worse.... The dress was truely not worth the hassel.. Will never go back and will always warn people about that place....

This is the WORST store ever! I wish I wouldve read these reviews before giving them my money. We bought a dress for my sister's quincianera and they didnt give us what we paid for when we needed it. As soon as you pay for the dress, they do not pay any attention to you the rest of the times. They made me have the worst day of my life when we went to pick up our stuff and they didnt have it ready for us. They just want to clear up their hands by saying that the warehouse didnt have any at that time. So, why dont they call to verify that they will have what you want by when you need it when you're about to pay? Because they know that they will have you trapped! Do not go to this store and give them your money, and if you do, make sure they give you what YOU pay for. Porfavor no vayan a esta tienda si no quieren pasar corajes. No les dan lo que piden y no tienen las cosas a tiempo.

Its very true when youre walking in they treat you nice and say yes to everything you ask for. I dont know who to complaint to beacause they dont want to let you talk to nobody other than the supossebly manager GUADALUPE a short latina lady. They made too many mistakes on my contract order the wrong dress and when they finally got it it was the wrong color i have not received the dress and the quienceanera is this weekend coming. they promised me a discount on the damas and chambellanes and since they made the mistake and charged them wrong they want me to pay for it beacause the manager a week before the quinceanera denies what she told me and since they never wrote it on the contract its my word against hers BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SHURE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU THEY WRITE IT IN THE CONTRACT INFRONT OF YOU, they usually tell you dont worry we will write it later and that later never comes. Their stores look very fancy and nice but they very unprofessional their service is the worst their not dependable nor reliable they take advantage because theirs no one else to complaint to and for people who speak spanish and shop here NO COMPREN EN ESTA TIENDA LAS SENORAS, ESPECIAL LA MANAGER NO CUMPLEN CON LO QUE LE DICEN SON INRRESPONSABLES NO SE CREAN LO QUE LES DIGAN SIEMPRE LES QUEDAN MAL ALA GENTE Y DESPUES NO HAY CON QUIEN QUEJARSE SOLO LA MANAGER GUADALUPE. Emily's has a few shops in HP! I ususally do not write reviews on businesses but I had to this time. I was treated so badly. Before you purchase your dress or whatever you need from them they treat you so nice but then you sign the contract and give them your deposit and they know they have you so you're treated like (umm you know what) for the rest of the time you're doing business with them. I got my dress a few weeks ago paid full price for it and then found out it was the displayed dressed! I could not do anything about it because my anniversary passed already but I found out the day of the event the dress was so dirty inside! it was a headache! PLEASE pay attention to what you're buying from them. Don ot fall in to thier sweet talk!!!! Save yourself and your money. Look at what you're buying! Their stores are nice but the service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
